Toronto Raptors vs Chicago Bulls Prediction
I’ll be the be the first to admit, I love me some Fred Vanvleet. The man is averaging 21.1 PPG and 6.7 AST. We’re getting a major discount only needing 25+ on a man who averages 27.8 PTS/AST. I understand to an extent why they discounted him but this feels like an overreaction. Fred has been dealing with some knee pain but did just receive a much-needed rest day yesterday. Many of his teammates will be playing second legs of back to backs but I love that he got the day off. This is a matchup that should be very exploitable in both categories so instead of picking one, I brought them both along.

This is a matchup that Freddy has proven effective both times in. Freddy has games of 30 and 32 and it doesn’t seem that was by accident. Chicago is a defense we always love to pick on. The Bulls allow the 2nd most points and 8th most assists to point guards. This is a very important game for both teams as they’re only separated by a game in the standings so I see some incentive to play his stars some extra minutes tonight due to the magnitude of tonights game.
25+ is just too low. There are no signs of a minutes limit and the Bulls bleed points as a team. The close game spread is just the added cherry on top. Fred VanVleet is such a slept on player because he’s never involved in drama and usually sticks to himself but there’s no denying the talent he has that even goes beyond his stats. But as for tonight, all we care about are those precious stats. Every prop VanVleet has looks outstanding so you can’t go wrong with betting o2.5 3PM, his points or assists. Part of me wanted to take them all but then the sportsbooks payoff the refs and we cant have that happening.
