NBA Parlay Breakdown
The Golden State Warriors might be without Stephen Curry tonight, but they should still have more than enough talent to overcome a struggling Orlando Magic team. The Warriors, while not as dominant as they were to begin the season, are still the deeper team and should be coming into tonight's game with confidence. Still, Golden State has a losing record of 4-and-6 in their last 10 games, so they will need to lock in from the opening tip. The Magic, on the other hand, are coming into this game with no expectations, and that can be freeing, especially when they have an identical record to their opponents over the last 10 games. Markelle Fultz's return has also given the Disney World team a boost, but it probably won't be enough. I think this game will be a fun watch but will be backing the Warriors on the money line tonight.

The New York Knicks are 5-and-5 over their last 10 games, but after a terrible season this year, don't really have much to play for. The Atlanta Hawks are in better form with 7 wins over their last 10 games and the team continues to be one of the better offensive units in the league - ranking 3rd on the season. Neither team has any new injuries to report, but Bogdan Bogdanovic has been upgraded to questionable, and if he plays, will be a massive boost to Atlanta's chances of winning tonight's contest. I think the Hawks' defensive issues could play a part tonight, but the Knicks have struggled to execute all season, which is why they're ranked 24th league-wide for offensive efficiency. I'm expecting Atlanta to win tonight, but need to cover our bases, so taking the Knicks on a +8-point spread seems a fair and logical compromise heading into tonight's game. Because, if the Knicks find a way to get their offense clicking, they have a chance to cause an upset here.
Our final game of this parlay sees the Chicago Bulls taking on the Milwaukee Bucks. Earlier this season, this contest would have been the highlight of the day's schedule, but the Bulls have seriously regressed since the turn of the year, and now I'm expecting the Bucks to take care of business, comfortably. Chicago is currently 3-and-7 over their last 10 games and lost to the Bucks earlier this month, and while they haven't released their injury report yet, we can assume Lonzo Ball and Patrick Williams will continue to miss playing time. The Bucks, who are finally healthy, are surging, and have been rather dominant in recent weeks, winning 8 of their last 10 contests. When Milwaukee was slumping due to injury issues earlier in the season, it was easy to forget the team is the reigning NBA champions, but it looks like they've hit their stride at the perfect time, and I'm expecting them to add another win to their tally tonight. As usual, I'm going to hedge my bets by backing the Bulls on a +11-point spread, but I'm not hopeful of the Bulls pulling out a win here.

The Los Angeles Clippers may be missing their two best players, but they have been a reliable unit all season - credit has to go to Ty Lue for that. The Denver Nuggets have also been missing some of their top-tier talents but have been able to call upon reigning and potential repeat MVP Nikola Jokic, and he's who's going to have the biggest impact tonight. Ivica Zubac is a solid NBA center, but he's totally outclassed in his match-up with Jokic tonight, and I expect Denver to put him into pick-and-rolls to test his resiliency early and often. Still, the Clippers are no pushovers, and despite winning just 4 of their last 10 games, will be a tough opponent for the Nuggets. Denver is in slightly better form coming into tonight's game, having won 6 of their last 10. I think Marcus Morris will be an important factor for the Clippers, as he's likely to be one of their primary offensive options, but the likes of Jeff Green from the Nuggets will be tasked with containing him, and I expect them to do an admirable job. I think this game is closer than some will believe, simply because both teams have played through adversity all year, so won't back down or quit if the going gets tough. I'm going to run with the Clippers on a +11-point spread, as I'd be surprised if this game ended in a blow-out.
