NBA Parlay Breakdown
I really want to believe that tonight's game between the Los Angeles Lakers and Philadelphia 76ers is going to be an elite contest that gives us playoff vibes. But, with how the Lakers have played this season, and Anthony Davis' continued absence, I can't buy into that idea. Instead, I'm expecting a good game with the Sixers eventually overpowering the Lakers, but hopefully, things come down to the wire. Neither team has any new injuries to report, and the Sixers will continue to build upon their star duos chemistry in this tough test. The Lakers have won 4 of their last 10, and outside of LeBron James, don't seem to have any difference-makers available to them. The Sixers have won 6 of their last 10, but it's their potential that has everybody excited. The pairing of James Harden and Joel Embiid has got people believing Philadelphia are now Championship contenders, and initial showings do back up that train of thought. I'm expecting another big-time performance from LeBron tonight, but don't think it will be enough to overcome the Sixers, which is why I'm giving the Lakers a +13-point head start heading into tonight's game.

The Brooklyn Nets are without five players tonight, but still find themselves listed as favorites heading into tonight's game against the Memphis Grizzlies. Of course, the Nets cause is helped by the Grizzlies missing Ja Morant, who is out with right knee soreness - but Memphis have proved they're capable of winning games without their star guard, as they went on a run earlier this season. Still, Kevin Durant is playing out of his mind right now, and his presence on the floor is enough to make the Nets marginal favorites for tonight's game. Would the Nets prefer to have their full roster available? Of course, but as this game isn't in New York, they will be able to call on Kyrie Irving, and that duo is as terrifying as they come. I'm expecting a high-octane game that comes right down to the wire, but I think Brooklyn's elite players will step up and cement a victory as the team drastically tries to escape the Eastern Conference play-in. Taking Memphis on a +8.5-point spread feels about right, as Jaren Jackson Jr. and co won't go into this game with the intention of rolling over.
Our final game in this three-team parlay sees the Sacramento Kings take on the Indiana Pacers. I like this game due to the sub-plot of Tyrese Haliburton facing his former team, and how much the guard has helped change the Pacers' current trajectory - although Haliburton is listed as questionable so there's a chance we don't see him tonight. Domantas Sabonis, who was part of the Haliburton trade, won't be available for the Kings tonight, and neither will De'Aaron Fox, meaning the Western Conference team will be without its two best players. Indiana has won their last two games in a row and 4 of their last 10, but the team will potentially be without all of their best players, so, we're looking at a game where both teams are reliant on their bench depth. With so many injuries, potential absentees, and poor form throughout the season, it's hard to call a winner here. But I think that the Pacers have the deeper roster when it comes to situational talent, and as such, will be giving the Kings a +11-point head start heading into tonight's game.

I'm probably being a little too bullish on the Boston Celtics with this parlay, but they're the hottest team in the league right now, and boast the best defensive rating in the NBA - if there's a team to be bullish about, it's this one. The Celtics should have all of their core rotation available tonight, as both Marcus Smart and Robert Williams - who missed the team's last game against the Oklahoma City Thunder, are listed as probable for tonight's game. The Jazz are also healthy heading into tonight's game, so we should be in for a good contest between two of the league's better teams. However, when it comes to form, the Celtics are 9-1 in their last 10 games while the Jazz are 6-4 over their last 10. Granted, some of Utah's losses are down to injuries here and there, but the Celtics are the team coming into this game with the most momentum, along with the best player in the contest in Jayson Tatum. I don't think this game is going to be a blowout by any means, but I am expecting Boston to add another win to their tally against a Jazz team that will struggle to contain the Celtics movement-heavy offense.

Our final parlay of the day sees the Golden State Warriors face off against the Miami Heat, and this should be a fun contest to watch. Miami is currently 1st in the Eastern Conference standings and has been playing some excellent basketball in recent weeks. The Warriors, on the other hand, are without Stephen Curry and have drastically slipped in the standings following their scorching hot start to the season. The Warriors have won just 4 times in their last 10 games, and are coming into tonight's contest after losing to the San Antonio Spurs and Orland Magic in recent contests. The Heat is in a totally different spot, having won 6 of their last 10 games and finally boasting a healthy roster after a season lacking in continuity - however, Jimmy Butler and Tyler Herro are both questionable heading into tonight's game. Still, I'm expecting the Warriors slide to continue, as they wait for Steph Curry to return from injury and tread water in the Western Conference standings. I'm going to ride with Golden State on a +9-point spread as I do think that Draymond Green's presence will ensure the Warriors don't implode mid-way through tonight's game.
