Sexton was the team's best player pre-injury, and the Cavs have come back to earth since he’s been out. Ricky Rubio also suffered a season-ending injury, which really hurt the Cavs. The Nets remain one of the heaviest favorites to win the east despite being the number seven seed. The duo of Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant is one of the most lethal the sport has ever seen, and there is optimism that all-star Ben Simmons will return in round one.
The play I am turning to is going to be to back the nets on the first-half spread. I believe this team is good enough to win a championship, and I believe they blow out Cleveland on Tuesday night. Cleveland has been a great story this year, but I don’t believe they have any shot against this nets team. The Net's offense looks to be too much for the Cavs to keep pace with.
