Denver Nuggets vs. Golden State Warriors Prediction

The Warriors have had a well-balanced attack this postseason as young star Jordan Poole has taken the league by storm. It has been Poole leading the Warriors to the first couple of wins of this series along with Klay Thompson and Steph Curry. Draymond Green has done what he normally does plays great defense and runs the offense. The Warriors are clicking now, and the Nuggets know that with a loss tonight, their season is essentially over.

Nikola Jokic looks like he will have consecutive MVPs as he has put together a hell of a season. The Nuggets have lacked a second option in the playoffs and really all season long. Jamal Murray has missed this season with an injury, while young star Michael Porter Jr. has been absent from the lineup most of the season. The guys who will have to step up tonight will be Will Barton, Monte Morris, or Aaron Gordon. These are guys who have played big rules during the season but need to lock in tonight if the Nuggets want to put some pressure on the Warriors. The Warriors enter this one as a short two-point favorite tonight. 

I will be backing the dog tonight in the Denver Nuggets.

I know I give Jokic a hard time on Twitter as a Philly fan, but I expect him to have a massive game tonight. This Nuggets team has hung tough early in the first two games, but the second half has been the issue. Tonight I expect this team to come out with a different mindset that will lead them to a win. They have so much to play for here, and this is a tough place to play a game. The atmosphere should inject energy into the Nuggets for all four quarters tonight.

I believe Michael Malone is one of the best coaches in all of the NBA, so I expect him to have a good game plan for tonight that will lead to a more balanced attack. The defense for the Nuggets should also pick up at home tonight. I will fade the world on this one and back the Nuggets. Let’s stay hot tonight!
