Chicago Bulls vs. Milwaukee Bucks Prediction

We have a good series going in the Windy City as we have a game three affair between the Milwaukee Bucks vs. the Chicago Bulls. The Bulls pulled off a stunner on Wednesday night when they defeated the Bucks in the Cream City. The outstanding season for former USC standout DeMar DeRozan continued as he put up a huge performance to pace the Bulls to a win.

The storyline from this game was not the loss by the Bucks but the loss of all-star guard Khris Middleton. Middleton, who is a veteran from Texas A&M, has been outstanding this season. He came down with an injury late in the game on Wednesday and has no timetable for a return. We know that Middleton will be absent from tonight’s game. This is not ideal for this Bucks team because one of their best bench players, Bobby Portis was also injured in Wednesday night's game. Portis is expected to go tonight, which should bring Bucks fans some peace.

The series was expected to be an easy one for the Bucks in the eyes of many, but the Bulls have shown that it will not be easy. The star duo of DeRozan and LaVine is one of the best in the game at the guard position. The Bulls will look to win their first home playoff game since 2015. The environment should be great in Chicago tonight in the wake of their first home playoff game in a few years. 

I am going to back the road team here tonight in the Bucks simply because I believe they are being underpriced. I understand the absence of Middleton will show up, but this is a deep Bucks roster. Grayson Allen is one of the more underrated shooters in all of the NBA, and I believe he is the type of guy who can step up and give the Bucks great minutes tonight. Allen is averaging 17.2 points per game in the absence of Middleton this season.

I also believe Giannis will take over this game tonight and impose his will early and often. The road aspect is fairly meaningless to me as the Bucks have had to face it all before. This is a Bucks team that just won a championship a year ago and has so much depth and experience. I believe they are going to be well prepared for this game tonight in Chicago. This is the best line we will get all series long on the Bucks so let’s run with it!
