NBA Playoffs Prediction

This year for NBA feels like a year where no one really knows who’s gonna win it all. With that being said, the Western Conference Finals seems like it’s bound to be between these two teams. Both teams have 3+ all-star caliber players and both have major playoff experience. They face off against teams with great No. 1 options but not as great of supporting casts and a definite lack of playoff experience. Both Luka Doncic and Ja Morant are phenomenal with bright futures ahead of them but they shouldn’t be enough to take down teams of this caliber.

Golden State Warriors

We’ll start off with Golden State, although the days of KD ruining the league are over they still have one heck of a team. Jordan Poole was snubbed as most improved player and he has been exactly what this team needed. Steph Curry and Klay Thompson have played 115 games together. Ja and company haven’t come close to sniffing that. Steven Adams definitely has the most playoff experience but he might get factored out of this series with Draymond Green running the small ball five with the death lineup of Curry, Poole, Klay, Wiggins, and Green. Golden State should win in six.

Phoenix Suns

Secondly, we have the Suns who gladly have their star back in Devin Booker. He only scored 13 points in his return but his presence alone took the pressure off of CP3 and opened the court for him. In theory, Dallas shouldn’t have a body to match up with Ayton as well. Luka is in the second round for the first time in his career and will make it further eventually but not this year. Suns are such a well-coached team that have to be motivated after losing in the Finals last year. This team is favored to go back to the Finals for a reason, Luka alone won’t prevent them from being one step closer.
