NBA Playoff Player Prop Picks From Beyond the Arc: Can We Bank on Devin Booker and Max Strus?
Last article we got aggressive, going with a +175 and +200 parlay. While we split the difference and made some money, we’re going with a couple of safer players today. Both games present a couple of great opportunities, and despite some low totals, I think we found some good value.

Max Strus o2.5 3PM/Jimmy Butler 1+ Steal (-124) (Bet $124 to win $100)
*Odds at FanDuel at time of publishing* While Strus may not have had the performance we were hoping for in game 1, I have to go back. Yes, I remember brick after brick, but the volume is just too hard to ignore. Due to various injuries (mainly Kyle Lowry) we’ve seen Strus play 33, 32, 36, and 29 (injured in that game) minutes going 1-7, 3-8, 4-14, and 5-10 in those games. If Strus is gonna continue to play 30+ minutes and take 8+ shots per game, my body physically can't resist betting this. Despite a rough start to the series, I expect a bounceback from the 41% 3-point shooter. Also laddered this one up to five, couldn't resist the volume, good shooting day should give us a good chance to climb the ladder.

Devin Booker 6+ 1Q Points/1+ 1Q REB (-125) (Bet $125 to win $100)
*Odds available at DraftKings at time of publishing*
If you’re a member of my discord, you’re probably familiar with this play. If not, welcome to the magical world of first-quarter betting. Devin Booker has been one of the best first-quarter scorers in the NBA all season long, and despite being injured prior to the series, he looked just fine last game. Booker will continue to play the whole 12 minutes of the first quarter (a nice bonus) and had 13 points, 6 six rebounds, and four assists in game 1. In his two healthy round 1 games, he scored 16 and 10 points, recording three and one rebounds in those games. Booker is averaging 8.9 points and 2.0 rebounds in his first-quarter playoff career (26 games). He has a first-quarter rebound in 11 straight, and 24 of 26 total games, this should hit very easily.
