Golden State Warriors vs. Memphis Grizzlies Same-Game Parlay: Trust Draymond Green in Game 5
This evening, the Golden State Warriors and the Memphis Grizzlies are heading back to Memphis for Game 5. Things look grim for the Grizzlies, as they've fallen behind 3-1 in the series and will be without Ja Morant again.
However, Memphis proved all season long that they can hang with any opponent, even in Ja's absence, and they gave the Warriors a tremendous fight on Monday night. I'm expecting a similarly close contest on Memphis' home court tonight, which will mean big minutes for key guys on each team. As the Warriors look to clinch a spot in the 2022 Western Conference Finals, I'm going to be locking in on Draymond Green in a 2-leg Parlay for tonight's battle.
Will the Grizzlies make a comeback in the series? Here is our prediction and odds for Game 5 between the Grizzlies and Warriors.

*Odds Available at DraftKings at Time of Publishing*
Leg 1: Draymond Green 5+ Points
Leg 2: Draymond Green 6+ Assists
For nearly a decade, Draymond Green has been integral to the Golden State Warriors dynasty. His do-it-all production brings so much to the table for the Warriors, which is why they'll count on a big game out of Draymond yet again tonight.
Excluding Game 1 in this series (when he was ejected in the first half), Draymond has cashed this parlay in 7 of his 8 games this postseason. He's averaging 7.6 PPG and 7.1 APG in this sample, which should be expected from the three-time champion, who's marked his ground as a high-level playoff performer time and time again.
Draymond has played in 52 playoff games since the 2018 postseason, and he carries an astonishingly impressive hit rate on this parlay during this stretch. Green has finished with 5+ Points and 6+ Assists in 44 of 52 playoff games since 2018, averaging 11.3 PPG and 8.0 APG during these games. Whenever the Warriors call upon the former Defensive Player of the Year to have a big role, he comes through.
The Michigan State product played at least 30 minutes in 29 games this season. He cashed this parlay in 23 of these 29 games, averaging 8.4 PPG and 7.7 APG. Going back to last season, Green finished with 5+ points and 6+ assists in 32/43 games when seeing 30+ minutes in his 2021 campaign. He's also excelled in this matchup, hitting in 4 of 6 games against the Grizzlies this season (excluding his Game 1 appearance that was cut short).
The 4-time All-Star played 33 minutes last game and will likely see his minutes creep into the mid-30s again tonight. He has been Golden State's primary facilitator lately, averaging 15.3 potential assists over the team's last three games. And, there are a variety of ways he can reach the 5-point mark: Whether it's a two and a three, two baskets and a free-throw, or three twos, we're not asking very much of Green to score a handful of points this evening. I'm trusting Draymond to get the job done for us in Game 5.
