Heat vs. Celtics Game 1 Line Movement

Miami Heat vs. Boston Celtics Game 1 Player Prop Picks

Max Strus 3+ 1Q Points/Jayson Tatum 1+ 1Q REB (-150) (Bet $150 to Win $100)

Max Strus 3+ 1Q Points/Grant Williams 1+ 3PM/Jimmy Butler 1+ STL (-105) (Bet $105 to Win $100)

Max Strus impressed many last series, reliably plugging a hole in this heat offense, and even stepping up in categories like rebounding that he may not be known for. Strus is a high-volume 3-point shooter, and had 2 first quarter 3PA in every game last series, averaging over 3. Strus had 3 first quarter Quarter points in the first couple of games but really improved in his final two performances scoring 11 and 9 first quarter points.

I know we are paying a bit of juice here, but Tatum has been extremely consistent. He has 1+ first-quarter rebounds in 14 straight games, dating back to last season, and is averaging over 2 this postseason. Tatum will be tasked with a large offensive workload, but he has still put himself in a position to cash this number consistently throughout the playoffs.

Grant Williams has to be coming in with some extreme confidence. After having the best game of his career in a game 7, Williams should come into this game ready to shoot. He has 1+ 3PM in 8/11 playoff games thus far, but will continue to get between 4-6 attempts per game. I’m trusting Williams to come into this game and shoot with some confidence. Jimmy Butler is easy, he has a steal in every game so far this playoffs, and I expect him to continue to excel. He’s going to see 40+ minutes in competitive games, and I see no reason he doesn't keep the steal streak going today.
