Max Strus 2+ 3PM & 1+ 1Q Rebounds, PJ Tucker 1+ 1Q Rebound -120 (Bet $120 to win $100)
Making player props around this daunting injury report was tough, but I think we found a really good combination. With the injury status of key players like Robert Williams, Marcus Smart, and Jimmy Butler still not 100% determined. Today we're going back to a couple of very dependable guys, Max Strus and PJ Tucker.Â
PJ Tucker is one of my favorite guys to bet on because he knows his role above all. PJ Tucker is paid very good money to play aggressive defense, hustle for rebounds, and now shoot corner threes. Tucker has 1+ 1Q rebound in 10 of 12 playoff games this year, despite dealing with some mind injury problems recently. Tucker has recorded 2, 4, and 2 1Q rebounds in this series so far, and he offers both hustle on the offensive and defensive glass. Most guys will only have rebound opportunities on the defensive side to grab board, but PJ Tucker is a lazy centers worst nightmare. Remember kids, always box out!Â

Max Strus has been seeing crazy high volume this playoffs, making him a great 3PM target. Strus went 4-7, 2-7, and 3-8 so far this series, recording 2+ 3PM in two of three first quarters alone. While Lowry back will likely mean a slight decrease to his total volume, playing with an adept veteran playmaker will surely help increase his shot quality. Strus has 2+ 3PM in 8 straight playoff games and 11 of 13 total. As for his first quarter rebounds, he's been very consistent crashing the glass recording 2, 2, and 1 rebounds this series, and 1+ in 11 of 13 playoff games.
