Boston Celtics vs Golden State Warriors Game 6 Prediction

Golden State was supposed to lose when Curry got hurt and they won and then Boston had Golden State by the throat but the Warriors won two games by ten (almost the exact scores) and now they are the ones with the Celtics by the throat as they win tonight it's over or they get to go home for a dramatic Game 7.

Like we said earlier, this series was always going seven and that means tonight the Boston Celtics have to make sure they win at the Garden and not allow Golden State to rain on their parade.

Golden State is trying to win their fourth title in eight years. They have been through ups and downs with Durant, losing Klay for two years and getting in the lottery, drafting a stud (Wiseman) who isn't even playing, and then trading for Andrew Wiggins who has played like a man possessed.

Wiggins stepped up after Steph Curry decided to miss every three-pointer he took and clearly didn't have his head on straight. Maybe seeing his parents and their dates got him confused because he stunk and the greatest three-point shooter was far from it in Game 5 (he made Shaq look good shooting free throws).

We can't just blame Curry as the whole team was 9-40 shooting 22% but they still won and it was simple why it happened. Golden State didn't win but Boston beat themselves.

Earlier in the series Golden State was mad at all the calls and talked all game instead of playing and lost, the same thing happened in Game 5 as Boston wasn't there to play. The Celtics got so mad about all the calls that they were talking the whole second half after they couldn't hit a shot the first half and then they turned it over as many times as they dished out assists (18). The Celtics big three had thirteen turnovers and only ten assists and they did a lot more talking than delivering and that's why their comeback fell short.

Curry's streak of 132  playoff games with a three ended but the Celtics had the tables turned on them as it was the Warriors who looked like the No. 1 defense not the Celtics as they held Boston to thirty-nine points in the first half.

The Celtics haven't been great in the playoffs but they have been great when the game matters as they have played two game sevens in the playoffs and beat the Bucks and Heat holding both to under a hundred points. "You know, I've said it before: You better be confident, right?" Tatum said. "We ain't got to win two in one day. We just got to win one game on Thursday. We've been in this situation before. So it's not over. Got to win on Thursday. That's all we got to worry about right now."

The Celtics know there is no game seven unless they hold serve and win game six at home and stopping Curry was great but letting Wiggins go off and Klay pop threes must change because Curry will deliver tonight no matter what defense Boston throws at him. "Yeah, better job on him; a little more physical there," Celtics head coach Ime Udoka said of the defense on Curry. "Overall, it's a solid job on him, but again, I don't know if it was our defense as much as offensive struggles that hurt us (in Game 5)." Coach Udoka knows it, we know it, Curry will show up tonight and it all comes down to the Celtics playing instead of talking because the talking is how they got into this deficit. 

We all watched the series and we know the team that talks will lose and the team that plays will win. The Warriors had their game of talking and lost and came back the next game when everyone thought they were dead and won by double digits. The Celtics now have their chance because as we said "it was always going to be seven." We won't throw out stats or numbers, we will take the sure-fire win and go with the Celtics -160 currently at Caesar's to win this game and give us the Game 7 we all want this weekend for Father's Day.
