Kentucky vs. Alabama Predictions

Kentucky (4-9 ATS) travels to Tuscaloosa where they face off against the Alabama Crimson Tide (9-5-1 ATS). This was the first game that stuck out to me on the board today. 7 points is just way too many points for a team that could potentially come out and win this ball game. Bama has been HOT and I believe they will come back to reality tonight. Although it is tough to watch and bet on Kentucky, I think this a great spot for them. If Cal can get these guys going, Bama may be on upset watch.

The Pick: Kentucky +7 @ -115

Oklahoma vs. Texas Predictions

The 11-2 Texas Longhorns (6-7 ATS) square off at home against the 9-4 Oklahoma Sooners (8-5 ATS). The Longhorns have been on pause for 10 days due to COVID and last night news broke that Shaka Smart has tested positive and will begin quarantine. This line opened at Texas -6 and has dropped to -4. I love the Longhorns here and I think everyone may overreact to the Shaka COVID news.

Texas hasn’t played in 10 days but I can guarantee you Smart will have his Longhorns dialed in and prepared for this Sooner bunch. Texas has the nNo. 1 defense in the Big 12 and their offense has come alive as of late. KenPom has Texas offense ranked 16th and defense ranked 8th. OU is ranked 26th and 35th. The key stat that sticks out to me is OU is 285th in the country defending the 3, per KenPom. Texas has been living at the 3 point line and hasn’t been shy to pump. Texas has the better offense, better defense, and pure athletes all over the floor. The Longhorns will take care of business tonight at home even without their coach. Hook 'em!

The Pick: Texas -4 @ -110
