Also, Florida has been playing well in conference play and sit 4th in the SEC standings. A win could move the Gators up to a tie for 2nd in the SEC. Seeding is huge come Conference Tournament time and that time is right around the corner. It is also worth noting that Auburn is ineligible for post season play due to NCAA recruiting violations. This makes you wonder how focused these young players are with only a few games left in the season.

Also, you really have to think Florida will be way more focused in this matchup with SEC seeding and NCAA tournament hopes at stake for them.
