Baylor vs. Oklahoma Prediction: Can Oklahoma Knock off Baylor?
The Baylor Bears are ultimately the best team in the nation. At 13-0, the Bears are serious threats to win the National Championship for the second straight season. However, it's extremely hard to go undefeated in the regular season. Baylor will now take on the Oklahoma Sooners in a Big 12 matchup. Oklahoma has a couple of bad losses to Utah State and Butler but has big wins against Florida, Arkansas, and UCF. No win would be bigger than knocking off Baylor. Here are our picks and predictions for the most exciting matchup of the night between Oklahoma and Baylor.

Baylor vs. Oklahoma Prediction
Right off the bat, we don't know the status of Tanner Groves. He has been out with COVID but would be able to play in tonight's game if he feels ready to go. I'm going to sit here and assume he does end up playing, and that would be huge, knowing Groves is Oklahoma's leading scorer with 14.3 points per game this season. But a rusty Groves isn't going to be good enough to get anywhere close to Baylor. Baylor is top five in offensive and defensive efficiency and continues to just shock the world. The Bears are shooting a 55.7 percent effective field goal percentage while bringing down 39.4 percent of offensive rebounds. Baylor doesn't get to the line very often but they've hit 36.1 percent from deep and 56.6 percent from inside the arc. Meanwhile, defensively, Baylor has held opponents to a 44.8 percent effective field goal percentage while earning 26.3 percent turnovers. That's an area where Oklahoma has struggled offensively. The Sooners shoot the ball at a high rate from long range and from inside, but Oklahoma does struggle with turnovers, giving the ball away 20.7 percent of the time. The Sooners are also ineffective on the offensive glass and also rarely get to the line. I absolutely like Baylor to win this game, at home, but also believe this line is a little bit too high. Oklahoma can shoot themselves in this game throughout the entire game. The Sooners have also been a solid defense this year and should deserve some credit for their toughness on that end. Give me Oklahoma and all of the points. Could this be the same result as yesterday's game between Purdue and Wisconsin?
