Long Beach State has been one of the more surprising teams in the country this season as not many people predicted them to be in this position. They are at the top of the Big West conference and have been on a tear as they have won and covered nearly all of their games in Big West play this season. Long Beach plays at a fairly fast pace and draws a lot of fouls on offense. On the other side of the ball is where Long Beach has made some significant improvements as they have defended the rim very well, especially in conference play. Long Beach is led by senior leader Colin Slater who is a 6th-year guard who can score from all levels of the court. He is dangerous from 3 and is lightning quick off the dribble and think he will be able to cause problems for UCSB in this matchup. The first time these two teams played, UCSB got off to a fast start before giving up the lead late in the second half as Long Beach surged to a second-half comeback win. I think Long Beach St. will get off to a much better start in this game so my pick for tonight is going to be Long Beach St. 1H +3 at -114.

Central Arkansas vs. Eastern Kentucky Prediction - 7:15 PM ET

Central Arkansas has been a very solid underdog to back this season as they have defended their home court well and played up to their opponents because in most of their games they are heavy underdogs. Eastern Kentucky is a team that plays at a very fast and frenetic pace but so does UCA. This should be a very sloppy and high-scoring game that I think will favor the home team down the stretch. Central Arkansas is a team that turns the ball over a lot, but they are also very good at hitting the glass for offensive rebounds. Eastern Kentucky is fairly undersized and shoots a lot of threes and think they will have trouble rebounding the basketball tonight leading to more second chance opportunities for UCA. Central Arkansas should be able to get to the rim whenever they want and if they can knock down enough outside shots, I think they will come away with a straight-up victory tonight. With that being said, I am rolling with Central Arkansas +4 at -110 tonight. Going full game as I think it's possible Eku jumps out to an early lead and then UCA comes back late but I also like Central Arkansas 1H spread as well.
