USC and UCLA don't get any bigger than that in the Pac 12, and we will see if USC can win their 6th in a row against UCLA. I bet you didn't know that, and UCLA doesn't since they haven't tasted victory since an overtime win in 2019.

We have two teams ranked in the top 10 most of the year and two teams that have played second fiddle to Arizona in the Pac 12 all year. What is on the line in this game is the #2 seed in the Pac 12 and for USC, a chance to show that they are not as bad as they looked in their last game against Arizona an absolute beatdown and for UCLA a chance to finally beat USC as clearly they have heard about not beating them in 3 years. In the previous matchup three weeks ago, USC beat UCLA 67-64 as a 4.5 point dog as Drew Peterson was the star for USC with 27 but, UCLA that game shot 30% the stars didn't show up, and Tyger Campbell of all people was the leading scorer, but it was from the free-throw line. Their leader Johnny Juzang hasn't played in two and a half games as he has a bad ankle and should play, but he isn't 100%, which will affect the Bruins. A bucket has decided three of the last four times they have played, so getting eight is like getting an extra couple of buckets for free.

These teams are pretty even, which is why they have almost identical records and rankings and stats, but UCLA has played a weak schedule down the stretch as, since the USC game, they have only played two teams over .500 and split out. USC was playing well and beat Oregon on the road until the Arizona dismantling. USC was embarrassed, and as much as this game means to both teams with USC being healthier, that's what will matter. Buy low and sell high, and today we are buying low.
It doesn't matter who wins tonight. We would love the outright, but what matters is this is a tight game and getting 8 points is just too many to pass up. USC has a mental and physical edge and has been a great road underdog this year. This is a dog series so let's stick with the dog. This looks like a 71-67 type game, and points are where we go. So forget the Duke vs. UNC, Arkansas vs. Tennessee, Kansas vs. Texas games. All that matters is the TROJANS do their job tonight and get us the W.
