College Basketball Prop Picks for Tuesday: Michael Devoe Gets it Done
We've got action on the 2:30pm ET game. We're down on the 4:00pm ET game. All we need now is a move for the Georgia Tech vs Louisville game at 7:00pm ET everything will be alright. We will have gone from 2:30 in the afternoon until after 9:00 with nonstop action. That's called living the dream right there. It will also mentally prepare us for what we are going to go through next week. It pays to be prepared people. Although I will say that we aren't likely to see the books mess up as bad as they did on this one. You just don't see it much anymore. I almost let it go but at the last second decided that it was in everyone's best interest to slam it. Tough love people.

The story of the day is taking every spread at one point higher for a more manageable price. I'm doing it here and I don't even feel weird about it. DraftKings has this kid at 16.5 for -125 which isn't crazy but it's still a little high for my tastes. Especially when we're talking about a kid that can light it up like Devoe.
Did I take this because the kid's name is Devoe? Maybe that had something to do with it. Bell, Biv, Devoe was a popular group when I was a kid. They taught me to "never trust a big butt and smile" and for that, I am forever grateful. I'm sure that advice steered me clear of a lot of jams. On top of the words of wisdom, it's also important to note that I used to listen to that group and watch another Georgia Tech guard rip it up by the name of Kenny Anderson. Coincidence? Who really knows?
This kid Devoe has all the makings of a March hero. He's 6'5" tall and he's from Orlando, Florida so you know he's legit. He's also not afraid to shoot the ball since he took 420 shots this season. Do you think he's all a sudden going to start deferring to teammates? God no.

The beauty of this kid is he's figured out how to efficiently ballhog. He doesn't really do it in games that aren't big. But when the Yellow Jackets played Duke, he took 19 shots. When they played USC he took 22 attempts from the field and against Wisconsin he jacked up 20. This kid knows what time it is and he has to know tonight is a "big one" since it's win or go home.
Louisville is the type of team Devoe can smack around too which is good for us. Last time they played he hit them for 23 points. What's even better is he had three turnovers before he even scored a point 10 minutes into the game. We could easily see a nice sweat with this one which makes it a must-play in my book.
