College Basketball's Best Bet: Marist Red Foxes vs Quinnipiac Bobcats
This is the best week to bet on college basketball for a lot of reasons. There is never a bad week to bet, obviously, but if you love to gamble, this is a hall of fame kind of week. We have so many games to bet on tonight, but I found one that really stuck out to me. We have been crushing conference tournament plays so far, so let’s continue that flow tonight.
I am heading to the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference. Now if you do not watch the MAAC often, I do not blame you, but it is a good idea to check it out tonight. These kinds of games turn into the best games of the season to watch. The battle I am looking at for tonight’s game will be a matchup between Quinnipiac and Marist.

Quinnipiac has had a rough season in the conference and comes into this game as the last seed in the conference. They represented a conference record of 7-13, but they did split their meetings with Marist. Marist had an average season and comes into this one in the middle of the pack in the conference playing to a 9-11 record in the conference. Marist ended the season 14-15 overall just one game below the .500 mark.
The star for the Red Foxes has been Jao Ituka. Ituka, who is a freshman from Maryland, has been outstanding this year and one of the best players in all of the conference. He is scoring north of fifteen points per game for the Red Foxes while also playing solid defense on the other side of the basketball. He is also shooting a stellar 52% plus from the floor.

The big gun for Quinnipiac has been junior from Silver Spring Maryland, Matt Balanc. Balanc has been very solid for the Tigers scoring 14.5 points per game while also ripping down 4.5 rebounds per game. This should be a fun matchup tonight between two fairly evenly matched teams.
The pick I am turning to tonight is going to be to back the Marist Red Foxes on the money line. I think this game will be very close from start to finish, but I give an advantage to Martist on the defensive end. Marist is a very good defense allowing only 67.9 points per game. Quinnipiac has not been a very good team on the defensive end, allowing 72.5 points per game. This is the kind of game where stops are going to win this contest.
Marist has the better on defense and should be able to create turnovers that lead to easy baskets. I also think Ituka is the best pure scorer on the floor in this game, and he should be able to lead Martist to score enough to get over the hump tonight. Quinnipiac also comes into this game ice cold, losing six games in a row, so fading them right now should work in our favor. Let’s keep things rolling and cash in on the Red Fox tonight!
