March Madness Friday Picks: Chattanooga vs Illinois, Cal State Fullerton vs Duke, and More
If you've made it this far, congratulations. You're probably going to make it through the entire first round. We're talking 32 bets (minimum) in only two days. On a sport that we don't even watch regularly. That's crazy. My plans for this quad is just like Thursday's. I'm going to relocate after the last game of quad two goes final. We only did a first-half move like the vets we are so we should have plenty of time. Get something to eat, maybe take a walk but the point is, you should have time to do it. We've got a long night ahead of us and it could make or break our first round. We can't afford to lose focus on what's important here and that's gambling. We can do this people.

The line on this game is pretty crazy being that it is not even double digits. Could it be because Illinois got bounced early last year? Who knows? Is Tennessee Chattanooga good? Possibly. I'm buying the Mocs here. I like when a team has a guy that they can give the ball to and get out of the way. If they need to that is. Malachi Smith is that guy. The kid is a 30-burger waiting to happen and no matter what the Score app says, he's playing. That's the Dayton kid that's out. Same name, different kid. When we get player props for this game, I will be looking for Smith's name. Until then, I like the entire team to keep this one close.

This game is crap but we're betting them all so we have to. First off, DraftKings and FanDuel both only listed Duke players in the player prop section. They could have given us E.J. Anosike and Damari Milstead numbers but didn't. That's not cool. Duke will probably play 10 guys in this game and they will probably win in a blowout. At least let us bet guys that will play on the other side. So dumb. Still, this has the makings of an 80-50 type game and if that happens, it will go under.

Something is really wrong with Izaiah Brockington. That's my opinion at least. That kid is filthy and ever since he dumped 35 on West Virginia, he's been MIA. He's way too good to be 18-60 from the field in his last four games. It's no surprise that Iowa State is 1-3 in those games and the only one they won was a 74-73 win over Kansas State. LSU is not Kansas State. If Brockington is off even just a little, they will pounce on them. I don't know if we get home in a blowout here, but we could with free throws at the end combined with missed threes from the Cyclones. I like this bet.

This could be a tremendous beating. If not I'm happy to move on with only a one-unit loss on the record instead of the 1.15 that comes with taking -21.5. If it lands in the middle, so be it. I think Arizona could score 100 points in this game. They run at the eighth-fastest pace in the country and they have the fifth-most efficient offense. All gas, no breaks. They're getting a Wright State team that wants to run too but just doesn't have the horses. The Tanner Holden kid is nice but we're talking Arizona here. They've got a top-20 defense too. This one won't even be close.
