Wisconsin vs. Iowa State Prediction: Bank on the Badgers to Advance to the Sweet 16

Iowa State will duel with the Wisconsin Badgers on Sunday evening with each of their seasons on the line. These teams both played highly competitive games on Friday night, and they should again on Sunday. Wisconsin was able to sneak by Colgate University while Iowa State was able to fend off LSU in a close one. This game is set to be a fun one as well, so let’s get into it.

Wisconsin won a share of the regular season Big Ten titles and brings a lot of experience and talent to the tournament. The Cyclones surprised many as they were expected to finish dead last in the Big 12 pre-season. Their surge led them into the big dance, and once again, they were doubted round one against LSU but silenced critics. The star for this team comes in the form of Penn State transfer Isaiah Brockington. He has been their best player from start to finish, and they will need him to make a significant impact on this one if they want to pull off yet another upset. Wisconsin is led by one of the best players in all of the nation and finalist for player of the year, Johnny Davis. Davis really tuned things on late against Colgate and was the main reason that Wisconsin won that game on Friday night.

Bet $5 on the MONEYLINE for Wisconsin vs Iowa State and win $200 if Your Team Wins

I am going to be backing Wisconsin here on the short spread. I absolutely love this spot for the Badgers tonight against a team that I still do not believe is all that good. Iowa State was not all that impressive against LSU. It was more LSU just had a brutal game. I think this Wisconsin defense is going to make things extremely difficult on the Cyclones. They should be able to limit them in the scoring department and control the glass. Iowa State has been a very good defensive team, but Wisconsin matches up tremendously well across the board for this game. The Cyclones will have no answers for Johnny Davis, and I think the Badgers score too many points for the Cyclones to keep up. The line we are getting here is a gift and an overreaction to Wisconsin's round one game. This team won the big ten for a reason!
