The Villanova Wildcats will battle the Houston Cougars for the right to go to the Final Four. The Cougars had to take down arguably the best team in the nation when they beat the Arizona Wildcats. The Wildcats of Villanova took down Michigan without much of a scare to punch their ticket to the Elite Eight. These are two of the most talented teams in the nation, and they are also two of the most well-coached teams in the nation.

The Cougars are actually missing their best player in the form of guard Marcus Sasser, which makes this run more unbelievable. They were tremendously under seeded coming into the tournament, and oddsmakers have made them the favorite to win the national championship. If you have not watched Houston much this year, you are in for a treat. They are the most athletic team in the nation who play with a ton of energy from start to finish. Their best scorers come in the form of Kyler Edwards and Fabian White Jr. Edwards, who was a part of the Texas Tech team that made the final four has been outstanding this year for the Cougars. Fabian White Jr. has shown his skill set all year long and will be a tough matchup for the Wildcats.
Villanova has been pretty consistent all year, led by star guard Collin Gilespie. This Wildcats team has a great balance and can come at you from a lot of different angles. Justin Moore and Jermaine Samuels are very capable scorers, along with big man Eric Dixon. Jay Wright is arguably The best coach in all of college basketball and will have his boys ready for Saturday.

I think we are getting a really good number here, and I expect this to continue to climb. While these are both good defensive teams, they're also plus offensive squads, who can shoot the basketball very well. The Cougars are one of the best teams in college basketball at creating second-chance opportunities, and they should be able to provide a good amount against a smaller Villanova team. I expect Villanova to have a great game plan against this Houston defense and be able to score enough points to keep up. I believe a side in this game is really hard to predict, but the one I do expect is these offenses to score points. I also believe this will be a close game, so we can see a lot of fouls play a role in the total towards the end of the game. I am going to trust that this sneaks over the low total here!
