Oklahoma State is known to have one of the best defenses in the conference. However, they struggled in their last game versus TCU, allowing over one hundred points. Despite their poor performance last game, with a win tonight, they would jump up in tournament seeding.
The Mountaineers desperately need to win this game tonight. They are coming off a bad loss at home on Saturday against Texas Tech. That loss has pushed them down to the last four teams in the tournament. West Virginia has been a solid home team this season, and in the Bob Huggins Era, the Mountaineers come into this game as a five-point favorite.
I am going to back West Virginia tonight on an alt spread at -2. I do think that they will cover the actual number tonight, but WVU has played a majority of their games closely this year. While this number is a tad bit juicy, I still see value in betting this number as I would have this number -200 or more. I expect an electric atmosphere tonight in Morgantown with the expectation that the Mountaineers will bounce back and get right. Let’s stay hot and cash in.
