The TCU Horned Frogs and the Gonzaga Bulldogs will meet from Denver, Colorado, for the final game in the round of 32 on Sunday night. Let's get into my prediction, pick, and odds for this March Madness game.

Gonzaga vs. TCU Prediction

The fact that TCU won their first-round game shows the mental toughness of this Horned Frogs team. TCU was down double digits in the second half against Arizona State on Friday night, but a strong surge late led them to a much-needed win. The main reason for their win was superstar guard Mike Miles Jr.

He was the Big 12 Pre-Season Player of the Year, and he showed us why a few nights ago. When ur comes to pure talent, you can put him up there with any guard in the nation, and if TCU is going to win this gem tonight, they will need Miles Jr. to lead the charge.

Gonzaga, meanwhile, is coming off a double-digit win in round one against Grand Canyon. Gonzaga struggled early in the game, but once they found their flow, they won the game in a convincing fashion. All-American big man Drew Timme leads Gonzaga. He has a ton of experience playing in March, and if Gonzaga is going to go to the sweet sixteen, they will need a stellar performance from him tonight.

The guard play for Gonzaga was heavily criticized early in the year, but they have been able to turn things around, and they feel as if they are currently playing their best basketball of the entire season. The Zags enter play as a four-point favorite. 

I am backing the Zags, but I am going to do something that has been beneficial to us early and take the alt spread on -2 at -155. Yes, we must pay some juice here, but I am very confident in Gonzga at this number. Its best big man Eddie Lampkin recently stepped away from the team.

I do not believe that TCU has any big that can match up with Timme. This will force a lot of double teams on Timme, which means he will be able to kick and find open shooters. I love the way that this game script looks for the Zags. We all know they are my national champs, so let’s cash in on them tonight!
