ANALYSIS

UFC 274 Prediction: This Pick Is a Lock for Donald Cerrone vs. Joe Lauzon

I am 6-0 on UFC picks for oddchecker, which means I have never lost, and I am on my way to the UFC gambling hall of fame. I found a play for us for next weekend's UFC 274 Oliveira vs. Gaethje card that I believe will take us to 7-0 in UFC for oddschecker. The fight I am going to get into is going to be a matchup between Donald Cerrone and Joe Lauzon.

Cerrone comes into this fight as a decent-sized favorite, and for a good reason. Cerrone is 36-16 in his career, while Lauzon comes into this fight, repping a record of 28-15. Cerrone is one of the oldest fights at age thirty-nine, while Lauzon is a veteran at age thirty-seven. Both of these guys have been around the block and are heading towards the back end of their careers, but we should have a great fight on display Saturday night.

Cerrone nicknamed “Cowboy,” is one of the most respected fighters in the UFC. On the flip side, Lauzon took a step away from the UFC for nearly three years but is still a very capable fighter. I am going to back Cowboy here for this fight as I believe he is the better fighter in this matchup. I am willing to drink some juice because I think he will be in much better shape for this fight and take care of business fairly easily. Let’s stay hot in UFC and grab another win on Saturday night!
