Although Blachowicz is almost a decade older, they sport virtually identical physical attributes, with both being 6 ft 2 and possessing a 78-inch wingspan. They are also both Eastern European through and through, so there's that. I feel like in order to properly vivisect what to play here in terms of betting is to look at both participants' overarching motivations and fight history. Although both have their eyes and mindset toward achieving UFC gold, the way they are going about it differs immensely. Jan is the more explosive out of the two, with his most recent run delivering a multitude of exciting finishes and performances.
Rakic however, is fine with playing it safe and utilizing a more wrestling-heavy smothering approach, a tactic that may not be fan-friendly but has garnered results nonetheless.
