To kick things off properly before we delve into the main theatrics of the preliminary card we have Ultimate Fighter winner and longtime anime aficionado Ricky "Hadouken" Turcios going against Aiemann "Ariel Helwani" Zahabi. Now what we got right here is your typical binary, familiar 135-pound affair. The crazy striker in Turcios is going to look to make a name for himself on the relatively vanilla aging veteran that is Aiemann Zahabi.Â
While I already don't like the low output of Zahabi, what I like even less is his stretches of inactivity between his bouts, with his last contest coming a cool one year and five months ago. Ricky is fresh off his Tuf Title Victory, all the more encapsulated by his over-frenetic energy and frantic pace. To put it simply, he's got that dog in him.
