After perhaps the most bombastic contender series of all time, the UFC returns on Tuesday to not only rekindle the violence flames but come back with a furious vengeance as the festivities of ruthless aggression once again transpire as we reach the penultimate hump day of the week. Even though Bo Nickal is the Belle of the ball and the talk of the town in the main event, his odds are blown to smithereens, even his finishing and round props being purported north of -400, etc.Â
Sandra Lavado vs. Karolina Wojcik
Because of that abomination/cesspool of odds, I'm here to weed out the intangibles and get you the most fire lines for half the cost and double the profit. Karolina Wojick is a polished phenom with a pendant for grappling and a work in progress when it comes to striking. She is taking on the Peruvian Zombie, a kickboxer with a great muay Thai clinch but a suspect ground game and strength of schedule. I think Wojick is going to simply take her to the mat early and often wrestle, riding her out into a decision. Although she would be a great straight bet, her price is a little steep, so I'm going to Parlay her with another grappler in Clayton Carpenter.
Edgar Chairez vs. Clayton Carpenter
Same deal with the Polak Wojack; double c is a decorated wrestler (not as much as Bo Nickal) whose win condition is going to be getting the fight to the canvas, although with much more gusto and flamboyance. Give me the grappling Khabib Parlay of Clayton Carpenter and Karolina Wojick to get it done and win you a unit or 8.
