Dana White Contender Series Week 4 Breakdown

Thomas Paull (11-3) vs. Esteban Ribovics (10-0)

The final competitor to make their way down to the octagon, tonight is England's own, Thomas Paull. "The Juggernaut" is currently riding a three-fight winning streak heading into the biggest bout of his career. The 27-year-old has knocked out each of his last three opponents while competing on the independent circuit.

Standing across from Paull will be Esteban Ribovics. The Argentine-born contender holds an unblemished 10-0 record heading into tonight's action, all of which are by way of finish with five knockouts and five submissions.

Pick - Ribovics (-250) (Bet $250 to win $100)

Ivan Valenzuela (8-1) vs. Claudio Ribeiro (9-2)

Ivan "Bam Bam" Valenzuela looks to make it six straight when he faces Claudio Ribeiro during tonight's episode of DWCS. The Mexican-born contender suffered his first professional defeat back in 2019 and ever since has been on a mission as the 29-year-old has finished each of his last four opponents, three by knockout and one by submission.

Much like Valenzuela, Claudio Ribeiro looks to make it six straight, tonight as the Brazilian has won five consecutive bouts, all by way of knockout. However, the 30-year-old hasn't competed since September 2021 due to nagging injuries.

Pick - Ribeiro (-105) (Bet $105 to win $100)

Jack Cartwright (10-0) vs. Jose Johnson (14-7)

Another Englishman looking to make his way to the UFC, tonight, will be the undefeated Jack Cartwright. The former Cage Warriors Bantamweight Champion looks to make the jump to the UFC following an undefeated run in every promotion he's been in. The English-born contender most recently defeated Syl Miller in March 2021 but hasn't competed in over a year due to multiple injuries.

Standing across from Cartwright will be Michigan's own, Jose Johnson. The 27-year-old has seen a mixed bag of success but looks to be holding form as of late as Johnson has won back-to-back bouts for the first-time since 2019.

Pick - Cartwright (-105) (Bet $105 to win $100)

Hailey Cowan (6-2) vs. Claudia Leite (7-2)

"All Hail", Hailey Cowan may be one of the more notable names on tonight's card as the bantamweight contender has fought in both LFA and Invicta FC, most recently finishing Monica Franco via submission at Invicta FC 45, this past January.

Meanwhile, Leite hasn't lost since May 2019 after beginning her professional career with a modest 3-2 record. However, the Brazilian has won four consecutive bouts, three by way of knockout.

Pick - Leite (-105) (Bet $105 to win $100)

Nazim Sadykhov (6-1) vs. Ahmad Hassanzada (8-1)

Tonight's opener is a lightweight banger as Nazim Sadykhov looks to make it seven straight as the 28-year-old lost his first professional bout but hasn't lost since his pro debut, which has seen the Brooklyn-native securing finishes in five of his six wins.

The first competitor to make their way down to the octagon, tonight is Afghanistan's own, Ahmad Hassanzada. The 26-year-old contender has won four consecutive bouts, including three by way of finish, most recently defeating James Wilson at LFA 124, this past February.

Pick - Hassanzada (+160) (Bet $100 to win $160)
