To shift things back into gear and onto a fairly suitable place from a betting perspective, The UFC returns with a bombastic Fight Night Card that is no doubt going to make as much money as it is to ruffle some feathers amongst the hardcores. While neither diehard nor casual fans alike might be all too impressed with the lackluster main event, we have an entire fight card from top to bottom that is sure to have a little something for everyone.

Guido Cannetti vs. Randy Costa Prediction

Kicking off the festivities we have Randy Costa going up against the Italian Stallion, Guido Cannetti. While having an impressive fanfare to bolster his standing within the promotion, Randy has had a tough go of it recently, dropping his last two bouts in a row. What Costa seems to excel rather consecutively is that he is able to hammer his opponents early and dramatically, either leading to a highlight reel victory or a subsequent collapse in structure and fade if the fight progresses any further. He now faces fellow fast starter Cannetti, who although does not have the same vitality or youthful vigor/size attributes, he makes up for with experience and old-fashioned grit and determination. On the verge of getting cut outright from the Ultimate Fighting Championship, Guido was able to find that dog in him once more and stop Khris Moutinho in the opening minutes of their contest, a feat that not even Sean O'Malley could accomplish until late into the 3rd round by fluke.

By the looks of things, the UFC knows what they're doing with this matchup and are expecting absolute fireworks to begin the violence coronation. But who wins the fight is the most important question. While you can make a very solid case for both fighters getting their hands raised, why put yourself at the mercy of these preliminary goons? Instead, opt for the fight does not complete 2 rounds as both of these bum's track records show they are not here for a long time, but a violent and gruesome one that predominantly finishes before the 7.5 mark.
