Brad Riddell found himself on the canvas very early in his last fight. He got caught early and his neck was snatched by Jalin Turner. Now after two straight losses, Riddell is really looking to get back into the win column. Riddell only takes hard fights and he always comes to scrap. He has very sharp hands and his chin has held up for most parts of his fights. I really expect him to piece up the wild Moicano throughout the fight. Renato Moicano is what we call a crazy fighter. He is all over the place and loves to bring the war to his opponent. But one thing that Moicano lacks is a gas tank. He tends to use it all in the early rounds and fades late. That's not a good sign when fighting someone like Riddell.

Riddell is one of four City Kickboxing fighters fighting on this MSG card. So you know they are all going to really try to put on a show. Riddell has had a great career so far besides his last two losses. Riddell will have a very good game plan for Moicano. Moicano is going to try to get this fight to the ground, but I'm a true believer in Riddell's take-down defense. If Moicano tries to strike with Riddell he may end up sleeping in the octagon. Riddell is so sharp and crispy with his punches and his leg kicks can cause a lot of damage to Moicano in this fight. This is a fight that has the potential of being the fight of the night. Both of these guys leave it all in the octagon and will fight someone who isn't standing. I really like the style of Riddell to cause a lot of problems for Moicano in this fight.

When I saw the odds of this fight, I honestly couldn't believe Riddell was an underdog and we are getting him at plus money. Riddell in my opinion should be a favorite. He is the better all-around fighter in this fight. I expect him to really push the pace early and gas Moicano out. He tends to gas out the longer the fight goes on. But the one thing about Moicano is he won't quit and will still come forward. He often doesn't protect his face and takes a lot of damage. Against someone like Riddell who is so crisp with his punches, you need to really protect yourself. I feel the damage and efficiency will favor Riddell all fight. So we are riding with Brad Riddell to win this fight.
