Derrick Lewis vs. Cyril Gane Prediction & Odds

Cyril Gane is the more promising fight of the two at just 31 years of age and holding a 9-0 record, but Derrick Lewis, one of the most devastating knockout artists in UFC history, will always have a puncher’s chance in the octagon.

As you heard MMA expert James Lynch say, there isn’t a ton of value in betting on Cyril Gane to win outright. At -350, a $50 bet would only win you $14.29. Not exactly worth the risk. But, there are some other markets that present some value when it comes to Gane vs. Lewis odds.

Cyril Gane has six fights since joining the UFC in August of 2019. In those six fights, just one has come via TKO or KO and that was his fight against Junior Dos Santos in December of last year. He’s won three of those fights by decision, but somehow his odds to win by TKO/KO (+160) are shorter than his chances to win by decision (+187).

So, if you’re going to bet on Derrick Lewis to win, feel free to take the moneyline at the massive +300 price.
