2023 Super Bowl Prediction
Patrick Mahomes just won another MVP award a couple of nights ago, so I decided to dedicate an entire article to Mahomes. Patrick is the best quarterback in the game, and if he continues to play as well as he has over the last few years, you could make the case that he will go down as the greatest quarterback of all time. The signal-caller has two MVP awards to his name, and he will look to add his second Super Bowl ring on Sunday night. It will be no easy task as he is set to face the best defense in football.
Philly has made their money on the defensive end all season long, leading the league in sacks by a landslide with 70 sacks. The fact that Mahomes got the Chiefs here is a surprise to some. The star QB was injured in the Chiefs' first playoff game vs. Jacksonville, and he had to step off the field at one point. Mahomes did return and lead the Chiefs to a win, and he followed that with a dominant performance against the Bengals to get his team back to the Super Bowl. I found a prop bet on Mahomes that I need all of us to lock and get rich on.
I will be backing Patrick Mahomes over 19.5 rushing yards. Here is the thing with his bet. There are a lot of people that would be scared to take this due to the ankle injury, and I understand, but I expect Mahomes to be under heavy pressure and break one or two in the scramble game. Patrick has had two weeks to rest his ankle, and I expect him to be mobile enough in this game. This is far too good of a number to pass up. Let’s cash it in!
