Pittsburgh Panthers vs. West Virginia Mountaineers Prediction

Pat Narduzzi’s Panthers had a wonderful 2021-22 season where they finished 11-3 and won the ACC Championship game. However, Narduzzi will be tasked with replacing 2021 Heisman Trophy candidate, QB, Kenny Pickett, who stayed in Pittsburgh, just with the NFL’s Steelers, as well Pickett’s number-one wideout, Jordan Addison, who entered the transfer portal and signed with new-look, Lincoln Riley’s USC.

Meanwhile, Neal Brown’s West Virginia squad looks to bounce back following a disappointing 2021-22 campaign. The Mountaineers finished just 6-7 and got outclassed by Minnesota in the Guaranteed Rate Bowl, last season. Much like Pitt., West Virginia will look to replace their starting QB as the incumbent starter, Jarret Doege, departed for Western Kentucky, this summer.
