The Florida State Seminoles vs. the LSU Tigers will clash from Mercedes Benz Stadium on Sunday night. It is rare to see a Sunday night college football game, so this is a blessing tonight. The Seminoles are looking to turn around what has been an ice-cold run as of late. This is a storied program that is desperate to get back to its winning ways. Mike Norvell will finally have most of his recruits taking the forks on Sunday night. Norvell is a guy that many people believe is in a tough spot if he can not find this season. This could be a make-it-or-break type of season.
LSU had a disappointing year last season after being the National Champions. LSU moved on from head coach Ed Oregon and turned the keys over to former Notre Dame head coach Brian Kelly. Kelly will take over a talented team and look to bring his winning ways to Baton Rouge. Kelly had a lot of success with Notre Dame but struggled to win the big games he was in. LSU will be led by Arizona State transfer Jayden Daniels at the QB position. Daniels was a top prospect to begin the year last season. He did not have a great year but is hopeful that the fresh start will give him a boost.

I am backing LSU on the -3 spread tonight. I will buy the half-point and rock with the Tigers. This is technically not a home game for LSU but I expect more LSU fans in attendance. This is a game I think it’s important not to over-analysis. LSU is the more talented team who will have better QB play in my eyes. The SEC has shown us all weekend not to fade them, and I think this is another spot tonight where fading them is a bad idea. Go Tigers!
