This Tech team isn't that bad in all honesty. They have a pretty good offense under new coach Sonny Cumbie. Cumbie has really brought some life to the program. Parker McNeil has been having a pretty good year based on the competition he has faced. He has eight touchdowns and 1,000 yards passing on the season. They face off with a decent UTEP team. One thing UTEP loves to do is run the ball. But UTEP hasn't been the same team on the road this season.

Louisiana Tech is going to feel good playing back at home. This team has a lot of talent and I really like the up-tempo offense that they have. The one thing about this offense is they will score some points. They have a better offense than UTEP in my opinion. This is one of those games that nobody will talk about. But it could be a really good game.

The one thing Louisiana Tech is going to really have to focus on is stopping the UTEP run game. Their quarterback doesn't have the greatest arm, but they got some big boys up front who really move the pile. This Louisiana Tech team at times has struggled against the run this year and that's honestly my only worry about this game.

But I really feel the offense will go off today. UTEP is on back-to-back road games also and that could play a factor too. Louisiana Tech has only played one home game this season and they won that game. Look for Parker Mcneil to have a big game tonight for TECH.

This is one of my lowkey favorite plays of the day. The line is weird to have Tech as a favorite with a 1-3 record. But I feel that is a good thing with this game. I really feel Tech is the better overall team and the home crowd will really play a factor in this one. I expect Cumbie to get the offense going early and take over this game late.
