UCLA VS. UTAH PREDICTION

The Utes come into the year with a record of 4-1 in the young season. Utah has won four games in a row after losing their opener at Florida. The Utes have been playing some great football since then, and they will look to get a much-needed road win today.

UCLA comes into this one representing a record of 5-0. The Bruins are tied for the second-longest winning streak in the nation, and they will have an opportunity to add to that today. The Chip Kelly era got off to a rocky start, but as of late, everything has gone right. UCLA got their first big win of the season over Washington last Friday. That win earned them the number next to their name.

Their offense was outstanding early, and they scored enough points in the first half to outlast the Huskies. UCLA is way aware that this will be their toughest task of the season today. Utah came into the year as the favorite to come out of the PAC 12, and a lot of people projected them to be a playoff team. With a win today, the Utes will be right back in the discussion, but they will have to bring their A-game on the road. 

I am all over Utah here this afternoon. I faded them when they played at Florida but playing a road game at Florida and playing a road game at UCLA are two completely different animals. The Utes have really impressed me since their loss at Florida, and if it was not for a late-game interception, the Utes likely would be 5-0.

I expect their defense to come out and be sharp and give Dorian Thompson-Robinson some looks he will not be prepared for. Utah has not had issues scoring the football this season, and I trust that they can take advantage of this UCLA defense today.
