Week 7 College Football Predictions: Baylor vs. West Virginia, UCF vs. Temple Thursday Night Teaser
I usually am not that crazy about the weeknight college football games, but we had a great time with it last week in the UCF vs. SMU game and I genuinely really like both games tonight. I do believe both these teams can and should cover the spread straight up, but since I hate big spreads and Baylor is on the road, I see a great opportunity for us to rock a teaser here on this one and that is exactly what we are going to do.

Thursday Night College Football Teaser
Obviously, this Baylor team is not as great as the one that went to the Sugar Bowl last year (at least up to this point in the season) but they are still talented and the superior team in this matchup against West Virginia. They have not had the hardest schedule in college football by any means, but it has not been that easy either. They find themselves at 2-2 after losing at BYU to open the season and then the upset last week from the now eighth-ranked Oklahoma State.
This is a huge game for them and a must win if you want to bounce back in the AP poll and land a solid bowl game this year, as I am sure they want to. West Virginia is without their star tailback and Baylor sees four ranked teams in the final six weeks of their season: a must-win game.

On the other side of this one is the UCF vs. Temple game and I will get right to the point: I think the Knights maul them. The spread is north of three touchdowns for a reason, Temple is awful and UCF is really starting to put it together. They were upset by Louisville in Week 1 in a tight game but since then have been lights out and handling their opponents comfortably.
The offense is firing like I expected they would and with John Rhys Plumlee under center, this team has an incredible dynamic; they are lethal rushing the ball and can do it on command while Plumlee’s ability and effectiveness in the air is only getting better each week.
They have outscored opponents 108-43 in their last three victories and after steamrolling their toughest opponent of the season last week, I find it hard to believe they don’t run up the scoreboard on their way to a victory here tonight.
