These are two teams that have really struggled to start their seasons. The main goal for these teams moving forward will be to win six games and become bowl eligible. Virginia comes into this one with a 2-4 record overall. Veteran signal caller Brennan Armstrong leads them. Armstrong is one of the most experienced QBs in the ACC, and coming into the year, he was seen as a guy that could have a lot of success. He has not been great this year, but he knows that he is much better than what he has displayed so far.

The Cavaliers enter this game, losing three in a row. The Yellow Jackets enter this one riding a high at the moment. Georgia Tech knocked off Pitt two weeks ago and followed that up with a big win over Duke. That took their 1-3 record to 3-3, and they will look to get over the .500 mark with a home win tonight. The Yellow Jackets are led by one of the better duel Qb threats in the conference Jeffery Simms. Simms is an extremely talented player but he has struggled to be consistent in his young career. He will look to be sharp tonight and get past this Cavs' defense.

I love Virginia as a dog tonight. I think this line is a bit suspect as we see Georgia Tech just a three-point home favorite despite playing some good football as of late. I expect some regression from Georgia Tech here tonight. Armstrong should have his way tonight against a defense that has struggled against the pass. The game script here should favor the Cavs. I expect them to get back to work and snap their three-game losing streak tonight. Armstrong is a veteran guy, and this road environment should not bother him tonight.
