Ball State vs. Ohio Pick

Ohio Bobcats -6.5 (+126). Bet $100 to collect $226. Best odds available at FanDuel (Alt Line), click here to bet

We're at FanDuel here since DraftKings doesn't even have alt lines out. Not sure who is running things over there but now would be a good time to have alt lines available for the people. If I was in charge, alt lines would always be available. Like if you could bet the standard line, you would also be able to bet an alt line. It just makes sense. The people want alt lines so why not give them alt lines?

Ball State vs. Ohio Prediction

If you came here looking for knowledge on the MAC, then you came to the right place. I know everything there is to know about the MAC. For starters, I know that you should never bet on any MAC game unless you're getting plus money. Ever. You will see things you've never thought were possible on a football field in these games which makes them very hard to predict. And if they're hard for us to predict, then imagine how hard they must be for the books to make numbers for them. I wouldn't want that job.

Obviously, we have plus money here with this but we need Ohio by a touchdown. Honestly, I think they are going to throttle the Ball State Cardinals. It's tough to say that about a MAC team and I know it's going to snow tonight but I don't think it matters (Plus I heard the snow will be done closer to the beginning of the game). So far this season, the Ohio Bobcats are 28th in the country in yards per play. They can get it on the ground and they can get it through the air. Doesn't matter. They get theirs. If the haters want to say that they only get 5.4 yards per play on the road, they can say that. That's when you say, they just went on the road last week and gained seven yards per play against Miami (Ohio) who was supposed to be good.

This week we're seeing the Bobcats play another fake team in Ball State. Sure their defense is 33rd in the nation in opponent yards per play but how did that work out for Miami (Ohio) last week? We just saw what happens when the Cardinals are tasked with stopping a decent offense last week. They got beat by Toledo 28-21. They were lucky it wasn't worse too because Dequan Finn threw a pick in the red zone too. Toledo definitely would have scored even more points on that drive. The thing with Ohio is they don't turn it over. There are only four teams in the country that have a better turnover differential. They're going to win this game by double digits (probably).
