Read on to see our Thanksgiving parlay picks.
Chicago Bears @ Detroit Lions - 12:30pm ET
1st Leg of Parlay: Over 37.5 @ -121
- The Lions have the joint highest record to the over at home (4-1-0), with the third highest average ppg at 55.6.
People are extremely cold on both these teams right now. Trubisky has been a bane to all Bears fans, and Stafford being out has almost completely ruled out any chance that the Lions could somehow reach the playoffs.
I like the over in the game. It seems like somewhat of a contrarian pick, but it makes complete sense. Detroit love playing at home, and as we saw from their game against the Cowboys, Driskel is able to put up points indoors.
The Bears may not be firing on all cylinders, but Detroit’s defense gave up 19 points to a Haskins lead Redskins team on Sunday, and I’m sure Trubisky and co can out do that in an indoor environment.
Take the over 37.5. We’re playing for the long-haul with this parlay, and 38 is a key number we’re going to want on our side.
Buffalo Bills @ Dallas Cowboys – 4:30pm ET
2nd Leg of Parlay: Under 45.5 @ -110
- The Bills and Cowboys’ combined average points allowed per-game is just 34.8
This game is extremely tough to call ATS, but it looks to make for a great opportunity to take the under.
The Bills are the joint biggest trenders to the under in the league, with a record to the over of just 3-8-0, and with an average total game points of just 36.7.
The Cowboys may not be conservative when it comes to scoring as they average 45.9 average total points in their games, but it’s important to see that the bulk of these points came against either bad defenses, or games where they had to play up to better competition.
This should be a tight affair with both teams looking to utilize the run and keep each other pinned deep when they don’t have the ball.
New Orleans Saints @ Atlanta Falcons – 8:20pm ET
3rd Leg of Parlay: New Orleans Saints (-6.5) @ -113
- The Saints are 4-1-0 ATS on the road
- The Falcons are 4-7 ATS overall, and all of their 4 home losses have come by 7 points or more.
The Saints are the clear play in this game. Getting them and laying less than 7 points indoors is a great spot.
They may have come up very short in their shocking home loss to Atlanta three weeks ago, but Atlanta came out of their bye looking amazing, and they’ve since cooled off dramatically.
The Falcons’ 35-22 loss at home to the Bucs on Sunday proved they’re still the same struggling team, and not even Jameis Winston and his two INTs could help them out.
Take the Saints -6.5. If you want to make you parlay a little less risky, perhaps look to New Orleans on the moneyline at -303, but realistically they should win this one by more than a touchdown.
3 Leg Thanksgiving Parlay Odds: +554
This means that if you were to wager $100 on the parlay, that would then payout $654 (including wager amount) should all legs of the parlay win. And if it doesn’t, then DraftKings will give you a free bet matching your initial stake (up to $100).
