An American Gaming Association survey has revaled that approximately 26 million Americans will gamble on Super Bowl LIV. That total shows a 3 million rise on last year, further displaying the growing power of the legalized sports market. Even more incredible is that the total amount bet could be set to reach $6.8 billion. Wow.

The latest Super Bowl betting data - Tuesday 01/28/20 05:10 EST

PointsBet have sent us their latest betting data for the Super Bowl. The Moneyline market is fairly even, with a 60/40 split leaning toward the Niners.

The Chiefs have attracted 75% of tickets for the game and a huge 80% of the money. That said a number of sharps, including our handicappers, are backing the 49ers.

Over and out. PointsBet are reporting similar numbers to others books with 77% of money being placed on the over with that making up 81% of the bets. PointsBet' number moved from 52.5 to 54.5, before dropping back to 54.

The book have also revealed that the best result for them would be San Francisco to cover the spread with the result going under the total points line.

They're also terrified of Nick Bosa (picked by our handicapper) and Mecole Hardman winning MVP with the two stars leading the liabilities in the MVP market. Also worth noting that Patrick Mahomes has received the most bets for Anytime TD scorer too, in part due to some appetising odds.

Super Bowl LIV confirmed - Monday 01/20/20 02:00 EST 

With the 49ers sealing victory against the Packers we now know the lineups for Super Bowl Sunday following the Chiefs victory over the Titans earlier.

The San Francisco 49ers are the road team as they meet the Kansas City Chiefs at Hard Rock Stadium on February 2nd. The game is scheduled to kick off at 18:30 EST.
