NFL Wild Card Round Picks: Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Washington Football Team Prop Bets
Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Washington Football Team Prop Bets And Predictions
Look for the Buccaneers to lean on Brady
This game will not be easy for the Buccaneers. The Washington defense is a good group, both against the run and the pass. Against running backs, Washington have allowed just 83.4 rushing yards per game, at 3.9 yards per attempt. Therefore, look for the Buccaneers to lean on the passing game heavily.
The Buccaneers have committed heavily to the pass recently. Brady has thrown over 40 pass attempts in four of his last six games. In the four before that, he averaged over 40 pass attempts per game as well. In three of the last four, Brady has thrown for over 300 passing yards. Brady over 292.5 is a line I will be looking at this week.
1u - Brady over 292.5 passing yards @Â -110
J.D. McKissic a key part of the Washington offense
McKissic has been a huge part of the Washington offense. He has 110 targets, 80 receptions, and an average of 36.8 yards per game. In the last five weeks, McKiccis has averaged over seven receptions per game and topped 50 receiving yards three times.
The Buccaneers run defense has been good, but they have allowed opposing running backs to have success. At 7.8 targets per game and 6.3 receptions per game to running backs, no team has allowed more. Additionally, the Buccaneers have allowed 41.9 receiving yards per game to the position on average.
1u – J.D. McKissic over 31.5 receiving yards @ -110
1u – J.D. McKissic over 4.5 receptions @ -110
Which players could find the end zone?
If you are looking for value in the anytime touchdown market a couple of names stand out. J.D. McKissic (+250) has found the end zone in two of the past three games. He could be heavily involved in the second half if Washington are chasing the game.
Another player who has been playing well recently is Rob Gronkowski (+165). Gronkowski has scored three touchdowns in the last four games and has 12 touchdowns in 16 playoff games. Washington have allowed seven touchdowns to tight ends this season, so while not a great matchup, there is the opportunity for success.
