ANALYSIS

New England Patriots vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers Top Anytime TD Scorer Bets

The storylines! For the first time in his career, Tom Brady heads to New England as a visitor to take on Bill Belichick and the Patriots. In his first year with a new team, Brady proved the doubters wrong as he won the Super Bowl while the Patriots missed the playoffs.

Can Bill Belicheck get any credit back or will Brady make him pay again in Week 4? A motivated Tom is a scary thing so I’m leaning towards the GOAT in this one.

I have some anytime scorer TD props for you to bet in this game. We’re going to try to stay away with the chalk answers here, and try to get the best value possible.

Rob Gronkowski +140

If he plays, which is up in the air right now so be careful with this play, I don’t know how he doesn’t score. Tom Brady loves this guy, as he has four receiving touchdowns on the season already.

I know that Tom is the one who was more scorned by the Patriots but I’m sure he’d love a Brady to Gronk touchdown in Foxborough for old times sake.

UPDATE: ROB GRONKOWSKI IS OUT IN WEEK 4 DO NOT PLAY

Kendrick Bourne +350

Here’s your value play! Bourne didn’t do much of anything through the Patriots’ first two games but last week he popped off for 96 yards and a touchdown. New England receivers have been kept quiet for the most part, as they feature a heavy two tight end offense.

Although maybe Mac Jones found a new security blanket last week. If he did and continues to hit him this week a +350 return on your money sounds pretty sweet to me. Tampa Bay has allowed a league-high seven touchdowns to wideouts this year.

Antonio Brown +175

A.B missed last week due to COVID but he is back in action on Sunday. He was one of Tom Brady’s favorite targets in Week 1 but then had a quiet week in their second game. Brown wasn’t much of a factor against Atlanta but he went off against the Cowboys for 121 yards and a score.

Can we spin this into an Antonio Brown revenge game too? I mean, technically he was a New England Patriot for a game back in 2019. While he might not have an ax to grind against Bill, TB seems like the kind of guy who will run up the score and try to get every ex-Patriot involved.
