These two teams couldn’t be heading in further different directions. The Saints are sitting at 2-1 with wins over the Packers and Patriots in dominant fashion, meanwhile, the Giants are 0-3 and it seems like everything that’s going wrong can go wrong for them.

They just lost at home to the Atlanta Falcons and only scored 14 points. For context, Atlanta gave up 80 through the first two weeks of the season. Dave Gettleman’s seat is red hot and Joe Judge isn’t making life easier with his comments on analytics this week.

With the Saints hosting their first game of the season at the Superdome, it could be a rough day for New York. Here’s a three-leg same-game parlay that I like for this matchup.

Leg 1: Saints at the Half

Saints vs Giants Betting Odds

In their two wins, the Saints have outscored their opponents 31-6 in the first half. This team can start fast, and unfortunately for the Giants, I’m not so positive that their defense will have very many answers.

Having to stop Alvin Kamara for a defense that ranks 21st in yards allowed is a scary sign. Their superstar running back, Saquon Barkley still hasn’t looked right returning from injury averaging a measly 3.4 yards per carry on the ground.

Expect the Saints to try to control the clock, and don’t sleep on that defense. They’re third in the NFL this year so far through three games. Good luck to Jason Garrett and Daniel Jones, it could be a tough one.

Leg 2: Saints race to 25 points

Saints vs Giants Betting Odds

In both wins this season, the Saints have hit this number. I know he didn’t really play much last year as the backup but in both games where he threw a pass, the Saints eclipsed 25 points in the game as well.

Again, expect a heavy dose of Alvin Kamara as I’m not sure what the Giants have to mitigate him. In their last 19 games, the Giants have hit 25 points just three points, and going up against this Saints defense isn’t going to make things any easier.

New Orleans has allowed the third-fewest rushing yards against and they also have the most interceptions in football with six.

Leg 3: Saints -7.5

Saints vs Giants Betting Odds

New Orleans is 2-1 against the spread with an ATS +/- of 11.5 and an average margin of victory of 10.3. They win and they normally win big. With this essentially acting as the true home opener for them, I don’t see how you can think the Giants have any shot here.

This one has blowout potential written all over it. I like the Saints to win a 34-10 kind of game. If that wouldn’t spark change for the Giants (ie. firing Jason Garrett) I don’t know what will.
