Sunday Night Football Top Player Prop Bets: Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs New England Patriots

This one feels like one of those cheesy Disney movies. Tom Brady vs Bill Belichick it’s just too good to be true. Well, this Sunday we’ll be treated to a Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs New England Patriots matchup.

Everyone is on the Bucs this week as 96 percent of the cash is on Tampa Bay, and who can blame them. So instead of focusing on the spread, we’re going to take a gander at some player props from this week that I like.

Rob Gronkowski anytime td scorer (+140)

This is only if he plays so make sure to wait until you get word if he’s going to go or not on Sunday. But if he plays, how does Tom Brady not find a way to get Rob Gronkowski into the endzone so he can do a Gronk spike in New England in a Bucs jersey.

I can already taste the Patriots fans’ tears on this one and I need it like I need air to breathe. Rob Gronkowski has six total touchdowns in his last five games dating back to the playoffs last season.

UPDATE: ROB GRONKOWSKI IS OUT IN WEEK 4 DO NOT PLAY

Tom Brady over 2.5 passing TD (+125)

Tom Brady threw for nine touchdowns in the first two weeks before hitting only one last week in Los Angeles. If you don’t think he puts on a show in front of his old coach who basically kicked him to the curb, then I’d say you haven’t watched enough Brady over the last 20+ years.

This looks like one of those four touchdown performances for Tom. Yes, the Patriots have a good defense and they’ve allowed just three passing touchdowns on the season but I can’t pick against the GOAT in this one.

Leonard Fournette U 10.5 carries (-115)

A rare under pick for me, especially with the Buccaneers offense. Leonard Fournette has carried the ball double-digit times just five times since joining the Bucs and only once this season. With a mediocre 3.8 yards per carry, I don’t see them force-feeding him the ball.

Fournette and Ronald Jones will likely split carries so I don’t think we see any running back get to double digits for Tampa.

Damien Harris over 58.5 rushing + receiving yards (-115)

I couldn’t go without giving you at least one pick for the Patriots. Damien Harris was phenomenal in the first two weeks before a dud performance against the Saints. The Pats game plan will likely be to make life easy for Mac Jones and give him some easy completions.

With Mac Jones averaging under five yards per completed air yards per completion expect a lot of check downs which will bode well for this Harris prop. Heck, Harris might be able to hit this number just with the rushing yards alone.
