The Denver Broncos will take on the Cleveland Browns on Thursday Night Football. Here's a three-leg same-game parlay from Matt O'Leary for the TNF action.

TNF Same-Game Parlay Picks: Cleveland Browns vs Denver Broncos

This week, Thursday Night Football features the Cleveland Browns hosting the Denver Broncos. Both teams are struggling right now as Denver has lost three in a row after starting the year 3-0 and Cleveland has dropped the last two.

In fact, both starting quarterbacks are banged up as well. Baker Mayfield’s left labrum is completely torn and Teddy Bridgewater is currently dealing with a foot injury. Both are preparing to play on Thursday Night Football, but neither are close to 100 percent.

We’re going to take a look at a three-leg same-game parlay for the action between the Broncos and the Browns that has a potential return of +215.

Leg 1: Javonte Williams Over 29.5 Rushing Yards

First, Javonte Williams is going to have to rush for 30 or more yards in the game. Through six games, it’s been close to an even split between Williams and Melvin Gordon with Gordon having 70 attempts to Williams’ 65.

Williams has only come in under that 29.5 number once, and it was in a blowout win over the Jets. He’s averaging 10.8 rushes per game and at his 4.6 yards per attempt that paces him out to a 49.8 yard performance.

Cleveland has been good against the run, allowing the sixth-fewest yards in the NFL but after holding Dalvin Cook to 34 yards, the Browns have taken a little bit of a step back the last couple of weeks. With their quarterback banged up, expect them to try to establish the run tonight and Williams has arguably been their most reliable back.

Leg 2: Cleveland Browns first to 20 points

I don’t necessarily see Cleveland running away with this one, especially with Baker Mayfield playing the way that he has and Kareem Hunt and Nick Chubb both won’t play on Thursday. Still, Demetric Felton and D’Ernest Johnson should be fine in relief and provide enough of a rushing attack against this Denver defense.

After Denver shut out the Jets in Week 3, they have allowed 23, 27, and 34 points against over the last three games. Cleveland is coming off a down performance against Arizona but of the two offenses, has had more success as a unit ranking ninth in points vs the Broncos 22nd.

Leg 3: Cleveland Browns ML

The last part is Cleveland has to win the game outright. Forget the spread of 3.5, if they only win by a field goal you’ll never forgive yourself. Cleveland is 8-3 at home since the start of 2020, with losses coming to the unbeaten Cardinals this year, a strange loss to the Raiders, and a shootout loss to the Ravens, the Browns have been one of the better home teams over the past two seasons.

Denver on the road has struggled over that span going just 5-6 in their 11 road games since the start of last year. It’s a tough task to ask them to come on the road and play a motivated Browns team that doesn’t want to fall too far behind in the playoff race.
