For Sunday Night Football, Matt O'Leary shares his same-game parlay between the Minnesota Vikings and Dallas Cowboys.

Dallas Cowboys vs Minnesota Vikings Same-Game Parlay Picks: Ride Ezekiel Elliott

Will Dak Prescott play? That’s the question that I’ve asked and tried to find out all week. There’s no way to know until Sunday night but if he’s good to go, then this one should be a good matchup. Dallas is 5-1 and coming off a bye week while Minnesota is 3-3 and also coming off a bye week.

After a 1-3 start, Minnesota has looked better the last couple of weeks as they got their season back on track at 3-3. Dallas looks like they’ll cakewalk to the division title this year with the rest of the NFC East in shambles. For this one, I’m looking at a four-leg same-game parlay that can have a +245 return on it.

Cowboys vs Vikings Odds

Leg 1: Ezekiel Elliott Over 59.5 Rushing Yards

Against the run this year, Minnesota has had a tough go of it. They rank just 27th in rushing yards against and third-worst in the league in rushing yards per attempt against. In all six of their games this year, the Vikings have allowed over 100 rushing yards against. As for Ezekiel Elliot, he’s averaged 86.8 yards per game and only once this year came in at under 59.5 rushing yards. Especially if Dak Prescott is out, the Cowboys will try to run on this Minnesota defense.

Leg 2: Ezekiel Elliott anytime touchdown scorer

Yes, I’m doubling down on Elliott in this game. He has scored in four of the six games this year and for his career, scores in 81 percent of his games. Minnesota has allowed at least one rushing touchdown in every game this season.

Leg 3: Cowboys over 19.5 points

If Dak Prescott plays, this one is a gift. They’ve hit this number in all six of their games so far and over the last four weeks, the Cowboys are averaging 39 points per game. Sure, if the Cowboys have to turn to a backup quarterback you might sweat this number but I think there’s enough talent with the one-two running back punch for them to compensate for Dak, if he isn’t good to go on Sunday night.

Leg 4: Cowboys +3.5

The Cowboys are the only unbeaten team against the spread so far this year. They have an average margin of victory of 9.8 and an ATS +/- of 8.8. Minnesota has been okay, going 3-3 ATS with a+0.1 ATS +/-. The Vikings just seem to find ways to lose these games, especially Kirk Cousins. If Dak plays I think Minnesota has a hard time and even not, would it shock anyone to see this be a field goal game? Not me.
