ANALYSIS

SNF Player Props Picks: The Best Bet for Minnesota Vikings vs. Dallas Cowboys

All roads lead back to on Sunday Night Football when the Dallas Cowboys take on the Minnesota Vikings on NBC this Halloween. The time will be 8:20pm ET and the setting will be US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota. What's great about this is, when all of our other bets are settled, we will still have one bullet left. All we have to do is be smart enough to throw this one in now. The old "set it and forget it" move. It doesn't get much better.

NFL Player Prop - Tony Pollard over 37.5 rushing yards (-125)

This one is hanging proudly at PointBet right now and it looks fantastic. DraftKings will no doubt enter the mix soon, likely with the same number. Just like every other week, FanDuel will come out with something similar. No matter what, the number is highly unlikely to be much different no matter where you bet.

If Tony Pollard played for any other team he would be a household name right now. The kid is nasty. But he plays in Dallas behind Ezekiel Elliott so there isn't much opportunity. But, like a true champion, Pollard makes the most of every opportunity that comes his way.

Pollard only gets on the field for about 30% of the snaps each game but he's still gone over 37.5 rushing yards in each of his last five games. He's running behind the NFL's best offensive line in terms of adjusted line yards, which is a big reason why. He doesn't need a ton of carries to get home here.

Opponent always matters in the NFL and this is a good one for us. The Vikings are third-worst in the NFL in terms of opponent yards per carry so they are ripe. My guess is the Cowboys give Pollard at least 10 carries in this game and he runs for over 50 yards.
