Tennessee Titans vs Los Angeles Rams SNF Same-Game Parlay: Expect Points

It was a tough week for the Tennessee Titans as they found out they would lose star running back Derrick Henry for the season. As a result, the Titans went out and signed Adrian Peterson but nobody can replace the value that Henry brought to this team on an every-week basis so clearly, Mike Vrabel is going to have to adjust some things.

As for the Los Angeles Rams, they won 38-22 over the Houston Texans to improve to 7-1. They also made a splash trading for Von Miller to help out on the edge, as they go all-in on a Super Bowl run in 2021-2022.

For this contest between the Titans and Rams, I’m looking at a three-leg same-game parlay that has a potential +190 return. Let’s take a look.

Leg 1: Rams race to 25 points

In four straight games, the Los Angeles Rams have put up 25 points or more in a game. In fact, if you want to include the entire season they’ve cleared the number in seven of eight games on the season. They’re fifth in the league in points for and are averaging 30.6 points per game on the season. Looking at the Titans’ defense, Tennessee is tied for 20th in the league allowing 24.4 points per game. Four times this year, the Titans have allowed opponents to go over 30 points, The Colts, Bills, Seahawks, and Cardinals all cleared 30 on Tennessee so it’s not like they’re immune to allowing points.

Leg 2: Over 52.5 Points

Both the Rams and the Titans are two of the best teams in the league at hitting the over. If you combine these two teams, they have a 10-5-1 record to reaching the over at their point total. Only once in the last four games has Tennessee’s total not gone over 52.5 points and as for the Los Angeles Rams, their total has been on the lower side in recent weeks but you’d have to imagine that even with Derrick Henry out the Titans will still be able to score enough to clear the 52.5 number.

Leg 3: Rams -2.5

I’m a chicken! If you’re confident and want to use the -7.5 number the three-pick parlay could be at +265 instead of the +190 that I have it at with this alternate spread. The Titans are 6-2 against the spread this year which is third-best in the NFL while the Rams are just 4-4 ATS. As a home favorite, they’re just 1-2 but have an average margin victory of four. This one will likely be a closer game than many think so I’m taking the Rams to win by just a field goal in this contest. If all three legs of this parlay hit you’re looking at a +190 return for your money.
